AfterHours is a music-forward curated night market in LA. Part underground market, part live music event, part cultural experience.

Curated vendors, live DJ sets, drag performances, live tattoo and tooth gem artists, a butterfly pavilion, food, drinks, and community, all in one night.

Doors open at 5 PM. The event runs until 11 PM with performances throughout.

If you want to catch everything from the start, come early. If you want to catch Brian Sun (our headliner), be there by 9 PM at the latest.

AfterHours is a rain or shine event. The Compound has both indoor and outdoor space, so the night goes on regardless. We recommend checking the forecast and dressing accordingly.

Yes please!! Tipping the queens and kings is part of the culture. Bring small bills (1s, 5s) and have them ready during the performance. The performers feel your support, and it makes their night.

AfterHours June 6 is an 18+ event. Valid ID required for entry.

Tattoo and tooth gem services are available to guests 18 and older. Alcohol is available to guests 21 and over.

No. Once you exit the venue, you cannot re-enter. Plan your night accordingly.

All ticket sales are final. We don’t offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a purchase is completed, so please review event details before purchasing.

If an event is cancelled or postponed, every ticket holder will be notified via the contact info provided at checkout, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Yes, tickets are available at the door. Day of pricing is higher than advance pricing, so if you know you’re coming, grab yours early through our website and save.

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and contactless payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Yes. Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable. If something comes up and you can’t make it, you’re welcome to pass your ticket to someone else.

Yes. We have professional photographers and videographers documenting the night.

By attending AfterHours, you consent to being photographed and filmed, and your image may be used in AfterHours marketing materials.

There’s parking around the venue, but we highly recommend taking an Uber or Lyft, especially if you plan to drink.

AfterHours pulls a big crowd, and we’d rather everyone get home safe than fight for a spot.

The Compound is in Commerce, CA. Check Metro, Lyft, or Uber for the most current routing from your area.

Yes! The Compound has AC running indoors all night, so you can step inside to cool off whenever you need a break from the heat.

Outdoor smoking only. Be mindful of other guests, vendors and merchandise.

Inside the venue plus there are porta potties outside. See signage at the entrance or ask any security guard or AfterHours staff for directions.

Inside the venue. The Compound has a bar that runs all night, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted at AfterHours.

The venue is at The Compound by Dirt Dog, with their full menu running all night. Bacon-wrapped hot dogs, premium fries, tacos, wings, and dirty desserts. Plus a full bar serving beer, wine, canned cocktails, and non-alcoholic options.

Yes! The full booth map with vendor names will be posted to @afterhoursmarket closer to the event, as well as on our website.

Service animals are welcome. Other pets aren’t permitted at June 6 due to venue policy and the loud music environment.

We’d love to keep your furry friends comfortable and safe. Please leave them at home for this one.

Yes! We have a curated lineup of professional licensed tattoo artists offering flash designs throughout the night.

Walk-in only, place your name and phone number on the artist’s sheet and they’ll text you when ready.

Yes! We have a professional licensed piercer on site for the night.

Yes! We have a licensed tooth gem artist on site.

Pricing is set by individual artists and varies by design and size.

Most tattoo flash starts around $80–200. Tooth gems typically start around $40–80.

Cash and Venmo accepted at most artist booths.

Walk-ins only at the event. If you have a specific artist in mind, follow them on Instagram. Our artists have shops where you can book appointments, and most offer their flash tattoos for booking outside of AfterHours if you can’t get one that night.

Yes. The Compound is ADA compliant and wheelchair friendly, with a ramp into the venue and accessible bathrooms in addition to portapotties.

If you have specific accessibility needs, DM us on Instagram @afterhoursmarket ahead of time and we’ll make sure you’re set.

Approach any security guard (clearly visible all night) or AHM staff member (in AfterHours shirts). They can help directly or locate someone who can.
